You think your parents are strict? This guy’s dad wouldn’t even let him become a ninja. Talk about overprotectiveness. There’s wanting the best for your children, and then there’s just being no fun. Since I can’t provide Cam with therapy, I’m just gonna present you with the thirtieth Zordon Child as I normally would.

Occasionally, Power Rangers will take an animal Zord from Sentai and re-designate it to a similar (or not-so-similar) creature. Sometimes, Beetle Zords will turn into Mantis Zords. Or Dogs will become Wolf Zords. Lost Galaxy took the Green Falcon/Dragon hybrid creature from Gingaman and decided it was a Condor. I always thought that was odd. In what world are condors cooler than dragons? I mean, nothing against condors. I’m sure they’re perfectly nice guys. Some of my best friends are condors.
Anyway, here’s Damon.

Big egos aren’t exactly a dime a dozen. Some people are so invested in themselves that they believe they can charm their way out of anything. Many of these people probably happen to work in the White House at the moment. That being said, I’ve yet to meet anyone who has named their technique after themselves.
Xander Bly is… different.

I believe it was TJ Johnson of Power Rangers Turbo who said something to the effect of, “What kid wouldn’t wanna grow up to be a Power Ranger?” There’s probably some universal truth to this. Every kid thinks they want to be a Power Ranger. It seems like the coolest job in the world, right? But if you were to actually do it, you’d probably get your ass kicked in ways it’s never been kicked before, because they go up against some very mean monsters.
But when it’s the apocalypse and you have to protect a Morpher from falling into the wrong hands, you gotta do what you gotta do. And that very person is Ziggy Grover.

Class clowns are hard to take seriously. It may be even more difficult to see them as a superhero. It might be even more difficult for them to gain the affection of their superhero teammate. So goes the tale of Jake Holling, goofball extraordinaire and bi-colorous member of the Super Mega Rangers.
